In this portfolio, we examine 3 different cross-sections of the U.S. equity and bond markets looking for Relative and Absolute price trends.  Using our standard ETF trend measuring process on each cross-section, we identify and invest in the 4-8 ETFs with the strongest Relative Momentum price trends and the 4 ETFs that are showing the strongest Absolute Momentum trends.  We monitor portfolio holdings daily and sell any holding that experiences statistically significant trend strength deterioration. This portfolio is 100% rules based, requires limited trading and offers excellent liquidity.
